for All Cloth Diaper Products
Refund Policy: We will gladly refund your
full purchase price (minus shipping) on unused and unlaundered cloth diaper products returned within
90 days of purchase date. For those who purchase our Birth to Potty and Diaper Packages the return date is extended to 120 days. Mail the product back to us along with a copy
of your receipt to: Sage Diaper Refund Desk, 4336 Sebastopol Road, Santa Rosa, CA 95407. We would appreciate knowing why you are returning the product.
You can expect your refund 4-6 weeks from the time we receive your
package. We're sorry, but we cannot give refunds on used or laundered
diapering products.
This policy does not apply to Cribs, Furniture or Mattresses. Please see specific refund policy for these items
Exchange Policy: Exchanges on new
products can be made within 90 days of purchase date. If it was our
mistake, then we will pay the shipping charges. Used Merchandise with
defects will be promptly exchanged in the same size only. We consider
the product defective if it did not last for three months. Please
remember that while many customers can use our diapering products for
more than one child, this product endures constant use and heavy
laundering and cannot be guaranteed for longer than 3 months use. The
use of high temperatures and/or chlorine bleach will void this
warranty. Please include a copy of your receipt or invoice when sending
merchandise back for replacement. We will make every effort to re-ship
your product within one week.
